sometimes i hate going to the mall. i hate having those huge stupid pictures of scantly clad lingerie models staring down at me when all i want is to buy a normal pair of white cotton underwear. And i hate having to face the leers of the impeccably dressed, albeit headless manequins, while i look at the microscopic tops at astronomical prices.
usually, every store you go into incidentally has exactly the same merchandise as the store before it, arranged in more annoying colorful displays. It's as if i'm not being given a choice of what i want to buy. There's only one style of EVERYTHING.
AND, if you go on the weekends, you are forced to face the huge crowds of people. And in the stores i go into (Stitches, Garage Clothing, le chateau, and the like) it appears as if the crowd is just one girl cloned over and over and over. They screech, they wail about stuff that doesn't fit, they bitch about boyfriends, and talk in teh most annoying volume about who was more plastered last friday. i hate them. Everytime i have to face them, or stand across the aile of preppy clothes from them, i am overcome with the physical urge to hurl. I kid you not. That's how much i hate them. My school is filled with them. *shudder*
None of this is actually my point. My point is, i got past all of that crap (and it took about 3 hours) and bought six new pairs of underwear, and pants.
I love my pants.
