I would like to mention that the o.c. finale could not have sucked any harder than it did. And this is not even the sort of rant where i say that i hate the o.c. and yet everybody is well aware that i sat there and enjoyed every soapy minute of it. This is the kind of rant where I would just like to say a big collective FUCK YOU to all of it.

First of all, the storyline was nothing new. Every single last detail had been revealed in all the commercial hyping this momentous episode. That is except for the shot of Summer walking away from a distraught Seth. Not that anyone sane should have believed that bit of false advertising anyway.

Secondly, Theresa is about as contrived a character as there could be. She is like someone straight off of Passions, minus the magic and the talking midget dolls. But, of course, she's pregnant so midget(s) are on the way. And she always looks like she's constipated. That is, until the plot starts to make sense. That's when she comes in and shits all over it.

I'm going to stop soon, just because this makes me seem like an idiot. Plus, I don't want to get into any abortion arguments with anyone. But, come on, it's there feeble attempt at being political and whatever, when they should have just skipped all that and let Ryan and Seth just sit there looking pretty.

So, lastly, a normal person should not fail to notice that Ryan will come back. Because the show is called the O.C. and not the Chino. Stupid fucking waste of an hour of my life.

If I could give up Gilmore Girls, I can let go of this piece of crap.
